Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of it being placed. Most orders will be sent second class via Royal Mail. Artwork will be sent carefully packaged with a different delivery service (with separate postage charges added). We currently do not offer international shipping.

You are also able to collect your order from our E2 studio. Please email submittolove@headwayeastlondon.org and we will arrange a time with you.

If, for any reason, an order may take longer than stated above then we’ll be in contact to update you. In this instance the​ customer reserves the right to a refund. Similarly, if you’re not happy with a product you have received please return it to us within 28 days. The product must be returned to us in a saleable condition with all original tags and packaging intact – unless it is faulty. A refund of the cost of the product will be given (you must however cover the delivery cost to return the item).
